Jaejoong’s Fans Donate 6.56 Tons Of Rice
WOW...Kim Jae Joong's fans must be really2 great!!!
In celebration of premiere of the new SBS series, “Protect the Boss”, Jaejoong fans donated a staggering amount of 6.56 tons of rice which will be donated to charity to help the needy.
The 6.56 tons of rice were all donated in Jaejoong’s name. It’s reported that fans from 28 countries including America, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, France, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Qatar, Argentina, Canada, Russia, Korea, Colombia, Taiwan, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, Latvia, Ukraine, Turkey, Sweden, Peru and China all took part in the donation.
Meanwhile, Jaejoong will be starring in “Protect the Boss” as ‘Cha Moo Won’, the prince of the financial world. The series will kick off on August 3rd as the follow-up to “City Hunter”.

JYJ Junsu, cameo on Scent of a Woman
In the new SBS drama "Scent of a Woman", JYJ's Kim Junsu will be showing off his sweet personality.On July 23, the first episode of "Scent of a Woman" will feature Kim Junsu's OST track as well as Junsu's special cameo as himself. Since he would be singing one of the OST songs, he was asked to also make a cameo, to the delight of many fans.
Through the OST, Kim Junsu will express the main female character's sweet and warm love with his beautiful husky voice, especially through the repetition of the lyrics, "You are so beautiful...You are so wonderful. I love you. I love you." The song will help the audience to feel the main characters' love more profoundly.
Through the connection of making the OST, Junsu will also be making a cameo on the 5th episode as popular singer Junsu. He will be seen in a sweet date scene with the main female character Yeonjae, played by Kim Sunah of "My Name is Kim Samsoon" fame.
In the scene, Kim Junsu will sing the OST song personally, kindly take a picture with her, and give her an autograph. Yeonjae will then have fulfilled one of the things on her life's "bucket list."
Because Kim Junsu is really a popular singer outside of the drama, he will also be seen in a concert scene in the drama. Fans from a fancafe have already been invited to participate in the filming.
Although Junsu has already been recognized as a talented singer both as a member of JYJ and a musical actor, this will be the first time he will actually be acting for the small screen.
Many people already have high expectations for both Junsu's OST singing and his first attempt at acting in a drama.

JYJ’s Jaejoong is sad, wants to see Yunho and Changmin
JYJ’s Jaejoong recently tweeted something that brought back nostalgic memories for fans. What exactly did he tweet?
He expressed through his Twitter, “I don’t know if I should say or talk about this, but I miss and would like to see Yunho and Changmin as well. Despite what others say, they are our members and I know them very well. This is probably foolish of me, but I really want to see them again. It’s been a while.”
Fans who read this praised Jaejoong’s initiative in wanting to see Yunho and Changmin. Junsu tweeted back and said that there’s no one else like Jaejoong in this world.
I think it would be truly awesome if we could see all five of them together once more! Here’s hoping! Oh Jaejoong, just for you, I hope your wish comes true!

JYJ's Jaejoong liked to work an album together with Kim Hyun Joong
It seems like fans may get treated to two pretty flower boys working together. JYJ’s Jaejoong revealed that he would be interested in working on a collaboration album with good friend Kim Hyun Joong.
In his interview with Seoul NTN, Jaejoong was given the question, “If you were to direct the concert of another artist, who would you choose?” Because he and Kim Hyun Joong were born in the same year and are very good friends, Kim Hyun Joong’s name was brought up and Jaejoong responded, “That friend will probably try to do everything on his own. I’m not sure whether he’ll take up directing, but I think he will sooner or later. I went out to drink with Kim Hyun Joong a few days ago and we talked about putting out an album together. We’ve actually been talking about that for some time now, which is why there were rumors of him joining our agency when he wasn’t under a label (laughter). I think it’d be fun working with him, though. Putting aside the profit aspect of it, I want to throw a concert with him for our fans. I can direct it.”
He also talked about his numerous celebrity friends and said that was a result of similar interests with one another.

JaeJoong Tweets with the Protect The Boss family
On July 23rd, JYJ’s Jaejoong updated his Twitter account with a picture of his ‘family picture’ featuring two co-stars from his upcoming SBS drama, ‘Protect the Boss‘. Along with this was a caption which read, “Family picture, our hyung and nuna tada!”
On the picture, we can see that Ji Sung and Choi Kang Hee are inside the car while Jaejoong is in front of them, making a funny face as his ears get tugged by his hyung.
‘Protect the Boss’ is a romantic drama about ‘Noh Eun Sul’ (Choi Kang Hee) who works as a secretary for the cocky and rebellious son of a conglomerate, ‘Cha Ji Hun’ (Ji Sung). It will air on July 3rd through SBS, succeeding ‘City Hunter‘.

JYJ fans have something new to cheer about! Jaejoong has revealed that JYJ has plans for another album and will also go through with having another world tour that is slated to happen later this year.
He also hinted that the album would most likely be released before his drama, “Protect the Boss”, ends. Director Lee also mentioned, “Because [JYJ] is such a worldwide group, the scale is enormous and we’re looking at the entire second half of the year to plan [their new schedules]. Because it hasn’t been long since the world tour ended, we were thinking of taking a breather, but because [JYJ] is being sought-after greatly within not only Korea, but also North America and Europe, we decided to go right into preparing.”
Not only does JYJ have another Korean album and world tour in mind, but the group is also prepping for their second worldwide album. Quite a lot for JYJ fans to expect in the coming months!
Can't wait to see their new song...just missed them because they too busy with their drama...^^...but its OK, because they just do their best for their fans and i just expect something new with the new album!! JYJ FIGHTING!!!!

JYJ’s Jaejoong explains why he doesn’t sing TVXQ’s songs
JYJ’s Jaejoong recently sat down for an interview with Newsen and expressed his thoughts on his image as an idol. He also shared his feelings on the controversy surrounding his composition, “Wasurenaide”.
Jaejoong opened the interview by saying, “I feel that I have an image that’s specific to me, something that’s not normal for an idol. I consider myself a celebrity that people either like or dislike, two sides of the extreme. I hated changing who I was, and I was scared that people who liked me would hate me. For example, I have foreign fans who cosplay. To them, that’s a source of joy and a fun hobby, but the minute I change, all of that could be broken.”
But with continuous effort, he’s honed and improved his skills – he’s not only able to compose, but also direct and even act as well. Jaejoong continued, “I was scared to change, but I realized that even if I did it slowly, those who liked me would continue to like me, and I’m grateful for that.”
Recently, controversy arose over a song he composed while under TVXQ titled “Wasurenaide” when a Chinese artist remade it without Jaejoong’s permission.
Fans immediately opposed its release, leading the Chinese artist to state, “I know that there are a lot of memories associated with this song, and I, too, am a fan of Kim Jaejoong’s talent and works. I will reflect on my actions and resolve all matters with Kim Jaejoong.”
Soon afterwards, Jaejoong had written in Japanese on his Twitter, “‘Wasurenaide’ is not my song or anyone else’s. It’s a song that belongs to the five members of TVXQ. That’s why I don’t want to sing it by myself, or with the three members of JYJ.”
In his interview, he explained, “It’s something that occurs often in China, so I didn’t think of taking any particular action against it. I still hope that he won’t sing it, though. Whether or not it’s a song that I composed, it’s a song that belongs to the five members of TVXQ. Even I alone or with the three members of JYJ wouldn’t have dared to sing it.”
He continued, “I feel like it’s causing a wound to those memories that liked and still like TVXQ. The scent of that song conjures what fans believe to be the most beautiful time of TVXQ, and so to sing that song without permission is only wounding the fans.”
When carefully asked if he had no intentions of singing TVXQ’s songs in the future, he quietly nodded his head and replied, “If it’s possible to avoid it, yes…”
Moving onto the topic of conversing with his fans through Twitter, the reporter mentioned that he was direct in expressing himself, much to the point where it was easy for misinterpretations to arise.
Jaejoong didn’t seem to care, though. He explained, “I say what I need to say. I know that it may garner a negative response, but I don’t think it’s wrong. I’m not writing a personal opinion, but a feeling that I think is felt by others, by everyone…”
Commenting on his first Korean drama, he said, “I never had any greed for the leading role. I think it’s more important to consider how to breathe life into my character. For now, I want to be acknowledged for giving life to my supporting role. I really don’t have any intentions of getting greedy for a leading role.”

A related personnel to JYJ explained, “Both dramas are from the same production team, and it was agreed that Kim Junsu’s vocals were more suited to display the love shared between the roles played by Kim Sun Ah and Kim Dong Goon.”
Regarding the special appearance Kim Junsu would be making, he expressed, “ The members of JYJ would like to experience the different entertainment industries, but they would still be putting JYJ activities as a priority. Kim Junsu has an especially great interest to sing for the OST of a drama. Usually, he often sings drama songs such as “That man” and “Don’t forget me”, hence, as compared to acting in a drama, he would love to participate in an OST.”

Although this in turn caused many fans to purchase the single on 7.net, TVXQ still managed to clinch high rankings in many other music charts such as Japan Amazon and HMV.
TVXQ had appeared in Japan Fuji TV’s “Hey!Hey! Hey! Music Champ” 700th episode special, and their rankings shot up once again after the broadcast. Zuo Qi Bo’s statement on remake of JaeJoong’s Wasurenaide
On June 16th it was announced that JYJ’s participation in the KBS special event for ‘N7W‘ was cancelled. As if that wasn’t enough, on the same day a song from an album for Cpop artist Zuo Qi Bo’s got leaked.
Before the supposed album release on July 18, fans realised the song “Redundant” is a remake of “Wasurenaide,” a song composed by JaeJoong during his activities with THSK.
Well fans were fast to retaliate. Although copyright issues in regards to the song have not been announced to have occurred between the members and the company, Zuo Qi Bo wrote the following message on his personal weibo to address the fans and explain what is going on:
“Notification Regarding ‘Redundant’
Hi everyone, I am Zuo Qi Bo. Please give me some time to clarify this whole matter.
Regarding the leaking of the song ‘Redundant’ on internet and the causing of TVXQ’s fans unhappiness over the remake of the Japanese song ‘Wasurenaide’ written and composed by Korean singer Kim Jaejoong, I would like to deeply apologise.
I do know that this song carries a lot of your stories and memories and believed that I will join in your big united loving family, because I am the same as you all, liking Kim Jaejoong, liking his talent and vocal. Kim Jaejoong is also my idol and role model at the same time. Therefore we will cautiously settle the problems for this song ‘Redundant’, and we will eagerly try to reach an angreement with Kim Jaejoong himself. Cassiopeia, please be at ease! This song release will currently be freezed and would not be released or sang until an agreement is reached.

Hello. This is C-JeS Entertainment.
We would like to inform you on our position regarding the situation between JYJ (Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu) and KBS’s special broadcast on ‘The New Seven Wonders‘.
In mid-April, we received an offer from Jeju Island representatives by landline to make JYJ the official ambassadors for Jeju Island’s efforts to be recognized as one of the ‘new Seven Wonders of the world’.
The exact date that we received the information via e-mail was April 26th.
If we were to take up on the offer, the ambassadors would be required to take part in an immediate ceremony and begin promotions, but since JYJ were on their world tour at the time, we politely declined their offer.
However, the island’s representatives said that the ceremony would take place in July with a special broadcast, and proposed to start with the promotions only, so JYJ – as a Korean artist and a national brand – accepted the important role of disseminating Jeju Island to the world.
The official press release was released on May 4th, and we began our promotions immediately.
Since JYJ were in the midst of their world tour, they promoted the island during the tour and participated in videos encouraging votes via phone and online.
Jeju Island sent us a letter in May thanking us for promoting their cause. The special broadcast was set for July 20th, and JYJ was scheduled to perform twice and participate in official ceremonies for the ambassadorship.
However, on July 16th, we received a one-sided communique cancelling our appearance. The reason was unclear: “If JYJ appears, the entire broadcast may not happen.”
Although KBS Jeju have said they have apologized to us, we have yet to receive an apology – only a one-sided cancellation notice.
We believe that a broadcast station has the right to decide the performers for a broadcast. However, taking into account that this broadcast was to promote Jeju Island as one of the ‘New Seven Wonders of the world’, and since there was a ceremony planned to induct JYJ as their official ambassadors, we seek an official response from Jeju Island officials as well as KBS on this matter.
In addition, we at C-JeS Entertainment are reporting the fact that the appearance was cancelled 4 days before the event to the Fair Trade Commission, and will take legal steps to solve this situation. Lastly, JYJ’s current lawsuit is due to an unfair contract between themselves and their previous company, and does not have anything to do with social or moral issues.
The courts have also ruled that JYJ will be allowed to freely promote as artists.
More than anything else, we would like to apologize to the JYJ fans who became upset at this unexpected situation; JYJ will be cheering on Jeju Island’s effort, regardless of the current situation.

'Backdoor Pressure' threatened KBS to shut down event if JYJ participates
Earlier, JYJ received a sudden notice about the cancellation of the their broadcast appearance on KBS’ special coverage on ‘New Seven Wonders’.
Just a couple of days before the broadcast, C-JeS Entertainment expressed their confusion and disappointment with the sudden cancellation notice through a post on their official homepage.
Recent developments have hinted a possible “backdoor pressure” being the root cause of this whole scenario as JYJ’s public relations company revealed, “Our manager spoke with KBS officials and they had told him, ‘If we allow JYJ to appear on this program, the entire event will simply become impossible to hold.”
As of now, a request for a reasonable explanation has been submitted to the event hosts and a response is being awaited.
Well,this news is just disappointing me too see some people to prevent JYJ to appear on TV channel...they already hace a good image and also reputation around the world, so whats the problems with that?? isn't it will make them easier to promote Jeju Island??

JYJ’s Jaejoong selects Junsu to appear on ‘I Am A Singer’ if asked
In an interview with TV Report on the 11th, Kim Jaejoong revealed that he wants his fellow JYJ member, Kim Junsu, to appear on MBC TV’s ‘I Am A Singer’ if JYJ was asked to appear.
Jaejoong said, “When I watch ‘I Am A Singer’, I’m amazed and awed by the singers who appear on the show. …If we were given the chance to appear on the show, I would want Kim Junsu to represent us.”
He continued to add, “Junsu doesn’t hold back at all. I think he’d be able to showcase a wide variety of music genres. …I talked about it with Junsu and we both think that just getting to appear on ‘I Am A Singer’ itself is a great honor. The rankings wouldn’t matter to us. I think it would be a great honor if we could even appear for just one week.”
I would love to see both of them on ‘I Am A Singer’!!! Maybe now they producers of the show will ask them. (^^)

TVXQ-Kepp Your Head Down, win MTV-K Pool for SM hottest Single 2010-2011
Oh. My. Goodness!!!!
This was by far the closest race ever in the history of MTV K’s Top Ten Polls, with TVXQ‘s “Why (Keep Your Head Down)” and Super Junior‘s “No Other” neck and neck up down to the very last moment!
But in the end, TVXQ (ahem, or should we say, Cassies) came through and finished in first place with 26.57% of the total votes!
It’s not much of a surprise, considering the insane amount of success “Why (Keep Your Head Down)” brought Yunho and Changmin. The single immediately topped the K-music charts, garnered numerous awards, and plenty of praise for their intense choreography and outstanding live performances.
Not to mention it was TVXQ’s first comeback after their much-too-long hiatus from the stage.
Super Junior’s lovely single, “No Other,” came in an extremely close second, almost making it a tie, with 26.43% of the votes — a mere 0.14% less than the winner!!

JYJ’s Jaejoong moves into a $3 million apartment and becomes neighbors with Junsu
JYJ’s Jaejoong recently purchased a $3 million USD luxury apartment near the townhouse of fellow member Junsu! Last month, reports were made regarding Junsu’s $2 million USD townhouse in Samsung-dong, Seoul, and after seeing the place, Jaejoong became interested in the area as well.
The apartment has separate entrances for residents, which prevents fans from intruding the homes of stars.In this apartment also livedothers star such as Lee Seung Gi, Lee Hyo Ri and also Kim Yong Man.
Jaejoong’s new penthouse is 297.5 ㎡ in size and also includes a terrace. One representative revealed, “He has bought his own home with the money he’s made from JYJ. Junsu first moved in and Jaejoong took an interest in the place soon after. The two are always together every day, so they’ll be with each other more often now that they’re neighbors. As it is his first home purchase under his own name, he’s paying particular attention to the interior design.”

On July 2009, they begun a law suit about an exclusive contract against SM Entertainment.
After that, they worked separately in musical & drama.
And they made JYJ and brought out the worldwide album ‘The Beginning’ in October.
“If there are difficult ways to go, there are definitely easy ways also.
But everything was processed with difficulty.
Because our O1 visas rejection and so many absurd things to happen, we were really at a loss.
But, as a result, we had a good result so it was an energy to us.
We became to dream a hope.”(Junsu)
“Determining the independence, we braced ourselves
but there were so many twists and turns to be beyond our control.
However if we stopped running into the wall, we never came here.
We were fearful, hard and uncomfortable.
But we were together, so reliable each other.
Yuchun’s drama, Junsu’s musical came out well and the result of our showcase was also great.
So if we try to do our best, we are convinced to see brighter lights more than ever.”(Jaejoong)

We didn’t enter something to complete and made a new beginning.
So there were many insufficient things but as time goes on
we seemed to confirm in our own way and got achievements in our works.

Like their talking, there was nothing to process as planned.

and they would be introduced on the front of Billboard Magazine.
They were already top stars in Asia but it was very special experience to them.
And the success of showcase in US was an unreliable thing for themselves.
“The album was released after a long time so we wanted to appeal
to people all around the world, not only Korea and Asia.
There was a difference to song in English but we thought to overcome our efforts.
Because our fans always watch us who challenged in every time from now,
we had no fear about English album.”(Jaejoong)
“I just thought ‘There is a kind of way to work like this…’.
We had a feelings to be free, not to work.
Because real musicians enjoyed making the music, listeners also naturally became to enjoy.
In Asia including Korea, as we were very busy, we worked under the system like that.
The composer stood in core and made everything and then we just accepted it almost all the time.
But it was different.
We had strong feelings to work together from Kanye and Rodney.
We got feelings to start together from zero and to make together.

There were 7000 people to see our showcase
despite the capacity of theater was just 3000.

Honestly, at first, we were frustrated many times.
But we could show our music through this opportunity.

◇Recently, JYJ had a break and trip to Gangwon, Choongcheong, Kyungsang provice for a week.
After debut, it was the first time to spend a break together.
“We went to drive together and looked for a delicious food.
We also went to the beach, rode a yacht, had drinking and felt to relax.
After debuting, it was the first time to spend a break together.

In Asia including Korea, as we were very busy, we worked under the system like that.
The composer stood in core and made everything and then we just accepted it almost all the time.
But it was different.
We had strong feelings to work together from Kanye and Rodney.
We got feelings to start together from zero and to make together.
Since many kinds of ideas came together,
I think that we made high quality and revolutionary songs.”(Yuchun)

We couldn’t believe that there were ours among the news
about the best singers, as we didn’t release an album in US.”(Jaejoong)
“Although showcase in US was changed for free as visas rejection,
but we had tremendous responses and a good image as a result.
From now, we never have been to New York for performance
and we had a showcase just by our names.
There were 7000 people to see our showcase
despite the capacity of theater was just 3000.
So we were really moved. Besides there were many kinds of races.
Honestly, at first, we were frustrated many times.
But we could show our music through this opportunity.
We were so happy to come out a good response in Las Vegas and LA.”(Junsu)
◇Recently, JYJ had a break and trip to Gangwon, Choongcheong, Kyungsang provice for a week.
After debut, it was the first time to spend a break together.
“We went to drive together and looked for a delicious food.
We also went to the beach, rode a yacht, had drinking and felt to relax.
After debuting, it was the first time to spend a break together.
It was pretty good.”(Yuchun)
To have a tremendous popularity is much made by Yuchun who played on TV Drama ‘SKKS’.
As he caught popularity, the thirties and fourties women who didn’t know TVXQ & JYJ joined as a their fan.
“I had many fans of middle aged women, but I had much more by Yuchun.
Some of them knew Yuchun is just a new actor. (with smile)”(Junsu)
“The gray-headed old woman is famous for Yuchun’s fan on the internet.
Because of SKKS, she knew him and then came to our concert.
She was stuck on ‘Sunjun’ and knew Yuchun and then became JYJ’s fan.”(Jaejoong)
As Junsu and Jaejoong were admiring about Yuchun’s popularity,
embarrassed Yuchun smiled and told..
“I’ll appear on drama or movie next year.”
Even if they couldn’t walk on shortcut and comfortable road, they advanced continuously, not stopped.
And they’ll meet the new year with a hope.
“Next year, we have a plan to release out concert album,
and want to release the 2nd worldwide album.
In US, the album will be out on January.
And we have a plan to go the Europe tour.”
The C-jes Entertainment as JYJ’s agent told
“We tried to meet Japanese fans soon.
For a while, the part to be discussed is working out.”
JYJ “In the past and in the future, we are TVXQ”
“There are many reasons to separate from SM… The possibility of reconcilliation is always in their hearts.”
Jaejoong, Yuchun, Junsu of a group JYJ told
“In the past, now and in the future… We are TVXQ.”
They had an interview with Yonhop news..
We asked them ‘What did TVXQ mean to you?’ They told firmly
“What meant to us is not… We are TVXQ.
Taking our own lines, we can’t tell ‘we are not TVXQ’”
For 7 years, they(Jaejoong, Yuchun, Junsu) worked as members of the most popular group TVXQ. On July 2009, they begun to trial about an exclusive contract
against SM Entertainment and then on October,
they made JYJ and start to take their own lines.
The remaining members of TVXQ, Yunho and Changmin will release their album and begin to work on Jan. 5.
JYJ told about the reasons to separate…
“The things to come to the front are mixed misunderstanding and truth.
Many people are talking a lot but we can’t tell anything is right.”
Jaejoong said…
“It isn’t the same that the root and cause to come out from ex-company.
Although we had the decision in spite of we were end of our contracts,
it’s hard to explain just one reason and I just can tell too many elements in there.”
After came out from SM, they don’t use the name of group, TVXQ,
and even the name of members’ ‘Hero Jaejoong’, ‘Micky Yuchun’, ‘Xiah Junsu’.
JYJ told..
“We considered the name of team for a long time.
We are also TVXQ, and the rest members are.
And clearly to be 5 together is also TVXQ.
However after came out the company, to use the name of TVXQ is impolite to all people to love TVXQ.
So we named JYJ.”
Now, JYJ and the member of TVXQ don’t connect to each other.
But JYJ have opened up all kinds of possibilities about to reunite TVXQ.
“We passed for one and a half year… just after came out, we had a connection with two
but at some moment, we couldn’t connect them.
We don’t know why but we have the possibilities to be 5 as TVXQ in our hearts.”
About to release TVXQ’s new album, Junsu said…
“To work again as TVXQ is very celebrating and we hope they’ll be good.
Because we are TVXQ, we’re so glad.”
Jaejoong told..
“Of cource, we got the disappointed in the emotional part
but if they’ll start to work, I think it’s really good.
If they’ll release new album to keep staying the name of TVXQ,
we’re thankful for that.
When we worked together as 5, TVXQ was the best group and big boast to us
so I hope they’ll work well that is true to TVXQ.”

JYJ appointed as ambassadors for KEPCO
On July 5th, JYJ opened the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Korean Electric Power (KEPCO) in Samsung-Dong, Seoul as the brand’s ambassadors. KEPCO selected the group to be the ambassadors in hopes that they will help the brand build a global image.
The trio’s future activities as KEPCO’s ambassadors include recording for KEPCO’s Logo Song. KEPCO believes JYJ will contribute greatly in spreading global awareness about their brand due to their massive popularity in Southeast Asia.
Such a long time too see them like this after they finish their concert!!!^^
