JYJ’s Yoochun purchases a $2 M luxury villa!

JYJ’s Yoochun recently purchased a $2 million luxury villa in UN Village located in Hannam. Back in February, the singer/actor purchased a 3,552 square feet luxury villa containing a 1,067 square feet private garden overlooking the Han river in the area.

The luxury villa is reported to cost around $2 million dollars. Yoochun has not moved into his new home yet as he is still adding some final touches to the villa, including investing hundreds of thousands of dollars to remodel the interior and construction of the garden.

A real estate agent provided some insight to the residence and revealed, ” Not only does the villa have an excellent view of the Han river, but is embedded with a top security system. The area is perfect for celebrities as it is a very enclosed environment.“ The neighborhood is also home to other famous celebrities including actor Jung Jun Ho and singer Gu Jun Yeop.

Back in July, it was also reported that JYJ’s Jaejoong moved into a $3 million USD luxury apartment near the $2 million USD townhouse of JYJ member Junsu in Samsung-dong, Seoul.
