On September 7th, thanks to the international relief & development organization, ADRA KOREA, and Junsu, an elderly woman received a house as part of the ‘House of Love’ project. The elderly woman lives with her grandchild but due to an unexpected fire last October, she lost her home. She was able to apply for the ‘Building Houses of Love’ project thanks to the help of her neighbors and now has a new home.
The construction for the house began on June 21st and 70 volunteers were brought in to complete the construction for the house. As this year’s “House of Love’ took place right before the Chuseok holiday, it makes the project even more meaningful.
This is the 6th time Junsu has collaborated with ADRA KOREA. He has been making major donations to ADRA KOREA since 2008, and these funds have been used for the ‘Building Houses of Love’ projects which has brought new homes to those who have suffered from unfortunate events.
