JYJ’s Jaejoong moves into a $3 million apartment and becomes neighbors with Junsu

JYJ’s Jaejoong recently purchased a $3 million USD luxury apartment near the townhouse of fellow member Junsu! Last month, reports were made regarding Junsu’s $2 million USD townhouse in Samsung-dong, Seoul, and after seeing the place, Jaejoong became interested in the area as well.
The apartment has separate entrances for residents, which prevents fans from intruding the homes of stars.In this apartment also livedothers star such as Lee Seung Gi, Lee Hyo Ri and also Kim Yong Man.

Jaejoong’s new penthouse is 297.5 ㎡ in size and also includes a terrace. One representative revealed, “He has bought his own home with the money he’s made from JYJ. Junsu first moved in and Jaejoong took an interest in the place soon after. The two are always together every day, so they’ll be with each other more often now that they’re neighbors. As it is his first home purchase under his own name, he’s paying particular attention to the interior design.”

Fellow group mate Yoochun also lives in a luxury villa in Hannam-dong, Seoul.
